Cycle Syncing was the begining of my exploration into women’s health research. Since starting this project I have learned to track my cycle while on the pill, eat according to my phases, achieve mental clarity, go off of the pill, regain some of my natural hormones, and learn to take control over tracking my cycle all over again. It has been a journey and I hope you all will learn and grow along side me.
This Interactive ebook is a documentation of my research and a guide for aspiring women to learn. Your emotions and hormones, correspond to foods, exercises, and lifestyles that work best together at certain times in your cycle. What I learned the hard way from the start is that everyone is different. 28 day cycle is a load of crap and unless you are artificially starting and stopping your menstraul cycle, a perfectly “regular” cycle doesn’t exist. You have to learn to know your body, and the first step is working along side her!
